Construction Office & Financial Operations Manager

Invertice Inc. is seeking an experienced Office Manager to serve as the administrative and operational hub in Huntingdon Valley, PA. The role manages financial tracking, vendor coordination, and internal communications to keep projects running smoothly in a fast-paced construction environment. The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years in office management within construction, strong Excel and QuickBooks skills, and the ability to manage payroll coordination, accounts payable/receivable, and #J-18808-Ljbffr Invertice Inc
