The Utility Heavy Cleaner maintains high standards for cleanliness by focusing on deep cleaning Food and Beverage areas while the outlet is closed.**Primary Duties and Responsibilities:*** Promotes superior guest service.* Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.* Moves cooking equipment away from walls to detail the equipment and clean underneath.* Removes filters from vent hoods and washes them.* Cleans, sanitizes and where applicable, polishes all food contact surfaces.* Cleans floors and refrigeration units.* Operate the dishwasher and check all items for cleanliness.* Proactively maintain all dishwashing and other cleaning equipment.* Clean the garbage area; and sort and remove trash.* Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.* Performs other duties as assigned.**Minimum Qualifications:*** Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.* Must stand for long periods of time and multi-task in a fast- paced environment while performing physical activities that require moderate strength including standing, climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and handling of materials.* Must have the ability to lift pots, pans, and move kitchen equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.* Must possess finger dexterity to use small tools adeptly.* Must be able to complete assigned tasks with minimal oversite.* Must follow instructions carefully and be able to communicate professionally.* Must possess a valid food service card.* Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.* Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.**Work Shift:***Knock, knock.
