RN Case Manager – Home Health (Full-Time / Part-Time) Home Services Unlimited – Indianapolis, IN Pay: $50–$110 per visit (based on visit type and experience) Job Summary Home Services Unlimited is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to provide in-home care throughout the Indianapolis area.
