About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Student Success to spearhead a comprehensive, data-driven, and student-centered approach to retention, persistence, and academic support. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of a University-wide student-success strategy, with a focus on improving student outcomes from enrollment to graduation. This includes establishing and meeting measurable goals, creating and implementing interventions, and ensuring that students receive the necessary support to overcome barriers to their academic journey. The role demands a leader who can work across various institutional divisions, build accountability, and is committed to serving diverse student populations. Applicants for the Executive Director of Student Success position at the company should hold a Master's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a doctorate, and have a minimum of 7 years' experience in higher education, particularly in areas related to student success and retention. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in developing and implementing strategies to enhance student retention and persistence, as well as experience in using data and early-intervention strategies to improve outcomes. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills are essential, as is a demonstrated commitment to advancing equitable student success. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar leadership role, and a background in student-success technology and systems is also preferred.
