Your Future Role At A GlanceLocation: Panama City Beach, FLFacility: Ascension Sacred Heart BayDepartment: Freestanding ERSchedule: Rotating Shifts | Full-timeHow You'll Make An Impact In This RoleDeliver high-quality emergency nursing care by assessing, implementing, and coordinating individualized treatment plans for patients with acute and urgent conditions.Monitor and communicate changes in patient condition promptly to support timely interventions and ensure safe, effective care.Coordinate care across physicians, EMS, specialists, and support teams to promote efficient patient flow and seamless transitions throughout the emergency visit.Support discharge planning and patient education to promote recovery, reinforce follow-up care, and reduce unnecessary return visits.What Minimum Requirements You'll NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date require. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida required.
