Brief Overview of Position:Strategic Operational Solutions (STOPSO) is seeking candidates for the Junior APR Tier 2 Technician role that serves that serves the organization.. This role could be filled both onsite at a Government facility or at a contractor provided facility. STOPSO is ISO 9001, ISO 20000-1, ISO 27001 certified and CMMI-SVC Level 2 appraised IT Services and Solutions company. We look for talented people to join our Team to develop and deliver solutions. Primary Responsibilities:The APR Technician Tier 2 provides support for routine escalations requiring additional troubleshooting beyond Service Desk capabilities. Additionally, in this position you will:Resolve assigned incidents and service requests.Perform remote troubleshooting.Document findings and resolutions.Support user communication and status updates.Collaborate with senior technicians on complex issues.Maintain SLA compliance requirements. Qualifications:Two (2) years of IT support experience.Understanding of Windows operating systems and desktop support.
