• Patient Assessment & Care: Conducts comprehensive assessments, provides holistic nursing care, and notifies physicians of significant changes.
• Care Planning & Coordination: Develops, directs, and evaluates individualized care plans, including patient/family education and discharge planning, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
• Treatment Implementation: Prepares patients for procedures, implements physician orders, and ensures patient safety protocols, including medication administration.
• Ongoing Evaluation & Adjustment: Regularly reassesses patient responses to interventions, adapts care to changing needs, and communicates with physicians for modifications.
• Effective Communication & Handoffs: Utilizes Bedside Shift Report, provides thorough patient updates, and delegates tasks for seamless care transitions.
• Safety & Quality Assurance: Maintains a safe patient and work environment, promptly addresses hazards, and actively contributes to quality and patient satisfaction initiatives.

Required: Bachelor of Science in Nursing, at least one (1) year of RN experience, upon hire, Registered Nurse: TX, upon hire, Basic Life Support - CPR, within 14 - day, demonstrated competence in Registered Nurse I performance expectations or meets experience requirements upon hire.
