An aggressive, growth-minded National IMB Seller/Servicer is expanding its retail footprint and looking for a proven Regional Vice President to lead market growth, attract top producers, and drive profitability across key regions.

What You'll Do
Lead and inspire a team of high-performing loan officers and branch managers to grow market share, boost production, and deliver exceptional client experiences. You'll have full ownership of your region's growth strategy, recruiting, and P&L.
Key Priorities:
- Recruit and develop top-producing loan officers and branch teams
- Drive consistent production and profitability across your region
- Implement smart growth strategies to expand market presence
- Collaborate with operations to ensure service quality and compliance
- Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and partnership
What You Bring
- 8+ years of mortgage sales leadership experience with a track record of growth
- Deep understanding of retail mortgage origination and secondary markets
- Proven ability to recruit, coach, and retain high-performing sales talent
- Entrepreneurial mindset with operational discipline and P&L expertise
Compensation
Competitive base salary, regional overrides, and profit-sharing.
