Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead High-Quality Installations : Oversee and execute precise installations of fence and rail systems, ensuring all work meets our high standards for functionality and aesthetics.
• Drive Warranty Service Excellence : Take charge of warranty services, diagnosing and solving issues promptly while delivering exceptional service to our customers.
• Showcase Welding & Fabrication Expertise : Utilize your welding and fabrication skills to complete custom projects, repairs, and modifications with lasting quality and style.
• Provide Technical Leadership : Be the go-to expert for installation and warranty inquiries, offering guidance to both clients and team members.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Proven Experience : At least 3 years of hands-on experience in installation, welding, and fabrication. Previous experience in a warranty service or leadership role is a big plus!
• Technical Expertise : Strong welding and fabrication skills with the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
