Challenging and rewarding work environmentEssential Job DutiesRepair and maintain the HVAC system and equipment for the hospitalDeliver general repair, painting, and maintenance of the hospitalMaintain inventory of all supplies throughout the facilityDeliver high-quality customer service to the patients, staff, and guests by identifying their needs and providing timely maintenanceTrack maintenance requests in worker order training system (Facility Dude)Carry out routine plumbing and electrical maintenance and repairPrepare facility for special functions, including setting up tables, chairs, equipment, etc.Respond timely to alarms and codes in accordance with safety and security policies and proceduresOn call on a rotating scheduleQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentGeneral maintenance and repair required (performing duties in a hospital setting is a plus)Sheet rock finishing and painting experience requiredIndustry certifications are a plusAbility to work rotating on-call hours and holidays in a 24/7 hospital environmentStrong organization and multitasking skills are requiredAbout Universal Health Services One of the nation's largest and most respected hospital companies, Universal Health Services, Inc.
