Mid-Level Counsel: Software Licensing & Commercial Contracts

Cytel, Inc.

Cytel is seeking an experienced attorney to provide legal guidance on software licensing, SaaS agreements, and commercial transactions. This role involves drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of legal experience, a Juris Doctor degree, and strong negotiation skills.
