Technical Program Manager

Our client, a leading organization in supply chain and enterprise systems, is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be supporting the Supply Chain department, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and system performance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, aligning successfully within a collaborative and innovative environment. Coordinate and oversee the implementation of enterprise-level Order Management Systems (OMS) within the supply chain operations. Manage relationships with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure system stability and scalability. Drive infrastructure decisions, security protocols, and data architecture improvements. Lead system enhancement initiatives and support continuous improvement efforts across the platform. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse teams and leadership, ensuring alignment and understanding. What's Needed? Proven experience in a senior technical leadership role such as Tech Lead, Architect, or similar. Strong understanding of systems thinking, data flows, and hybrid/on-prem environments. Experience managing vendor relationships and overseeing large-scale enterprise systems. Proficiency with Kubernetes, GitHub, Azure, PostgreSQL, Dynatrace, and MQFTE. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-team discussions and technical presentations. What's in it for me?
