Registered Nurse, RN (PRN Days & Nights)

About the Role As an RN at ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Lecanto, you’ll provide a higher level of clinical care than typically found in post‑acute or residential settings. Our nationally ranked facility delivers hospital‑level services, comparable to those provided on a medical‑surgical unit. Responsibilities Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PT/OT/ST, physicians, respiratory therapy, case managers, and more) to care for patients with complex medical needs. Administer intravenous therapy, manage surgical and wound care, tracheostomy management, mobility assistance, and lines, tubes, and drains management. Provide compassionate, patient‑centered care that drives optimal recovery outcomes. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate patient status with the care team. Qualifications Current RN License (State of FL). CPR required; ACLS and BLS preferred. 1+ year of nursing experience preferred, acute‑care experience a plus. CRRN certification preferred. Physical Requirements Prolonged standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50lb. Fine and gross motor skills. Ability to operate equipment and computer systems. Visual and auditory acuity for safe patient care; possible exposure to bodily fluids. Shift & Compensation Hours: 12‑hour shifts (6am–6pm). Full‑time: 3 shifts per week with rotating weekends/holidays. PRN: 4 shifts per month, of which 1 must be on a weekend. Base compensation range: $36.09–$45 per hour, depending on years of experience.
