Job Title Accounts Receivable Specialist Location Onsite in Livermore, CA – Hitachi Air Center Job Type Full time, Onsite (No Remote) Compensation $30.00–$37.00 per hour Summary The accounts receivable specialist is responsible for day‑to‑day financial transactions involving accounts receivable, including processing customer payments, issuing invoices, collecting accounts receivable, maintaining customer accounts, and providing administrative support. Duties and Responsibilities Process customer payments and invoices. Collect accounts receivable and maintain customer account records. Provide administrative support for accounts receivable functions. Ensure compliance with Hitachi Global Air Power US Code of Ethics and safety regulations. Support the organization’s goals of creating and maintaining a safe workplace. Education High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate degree in accounting preferred. Professional Experience One to two years of relevant experience. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and independent work skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and deliverables. Knowledge of SAP is a plus. Ability to prepare written correspondence/reports in a clear and concise manner. Key Behaviors Work well in a team environment. Dependable and accountable, especially in a remote work arrangement.
