$15 per hour + performance incentives
Top performers can earn $20–$30/hour+

Schedule:

• 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Thursday – Saturday
• Up to 18 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling (some weekday shifts available)
• Occasional evenings during peak seasons

This is an entry-level role —no prior marketing experience required. We provide paid, hands-on training to help you succeed.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Represent our company inside Home Depot and local retail locations
Engage with customers and start friendly conversations
Promote HVAC services, seasonal specials, and maintenance offers

• Generate qualified leads for our sales team
• Assist with in-store displays, signage, and marketing materials
• Ensure promotional materials are accurate and visible
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team
• Build relationships with store associates and team members

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license (travel between locations on occasion)
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Must be able to stand for extended periods
• Weekend availability required

NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED)

• Retail, customer service, or sales experience
• Brand ambassador or promotional experience
• Interest in marketing, business, or HVAC industry
