Key Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
• Document therapy services accurately and in a timely manner
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in accordance with applicable practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
• Active state Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt to varying schedules, settings, and patient populations

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing setting
• Experience supervising or mentoring PTAs or Rehab Technicians
