Qualifications:

• Experienced caregiver with a strong background working in flex/agency assignments and facility-based settings , including assisted living, nursing homes, and private care is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to different care environments, client needs, and care plans
• Skilled in providing personal care , companionship, mobility assistance, and support with daily living activities
• Knowledgeable in safety practices, infection control, and resident dignity and confidentiality
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary care team
• Valid driver’s license , reliable personal vehicle , and current auto insurance for transportation to clients and facilities
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• With a negative Tuberculosis Test

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and light housekeeping
• Accompany clients to appointments
• Monitor well-being and communicate updates
• Document care provided
