Its AI and computer vision platform helps construction teams understand what is happening on site compared with their plans, identifying progress, delays and risks so they can make better decisions. The technology supports substantial projects, from major commercial developments to mission-critical data centers and healthcare facilities. The business is hiring a Construction Customer Success Manager to own relationships across a select portfolio of major customer projects, helping teams embed the technology into their operations and turn project data into practical improvements. This is an opportunity for an experienced construction professional to move into technology while remaining close to the projects, people and challenges they know. What you’ll do Own day-to-day customer relationships across a small portfolio of major construction projects. Lead implementation, onboarding and training, integrating the platform into customers’ existing workflows. Spend time on active jobsites, understanding how teams work and where technology can improve project delivery. Build strong relationships with field teams, project leaders and senior client stakeholders. Translate project data into clear insights and recommendations that help customers identify risks and improve performance. Work with internal delivery teams to configure the platform around each project’s requirements. Identify opportunities to increase adoption and deliver measurable customer value. Share customer and site feedback with the product team to support further development. What we’re looking for Ideally, seven or more years of construction experience as a Project Manager, Superintendent, Project Engineer, VDC Manager or in a related role. Experience delivering substantial commercial, multifamily or mission-critical construction projects. A practical understanding of construction schedules, subcontractor coordination, RFIs, submittals, project controls and field operations. Strong customer and stakeholder communication skills, with confidence working on site and presenting to senior leaders. An interest in construction technology and the ability to learn new tools quickly. A proactive approach to solving problems, influencing others and taking ownership. Flexibility to work in a growing business where priorities and project requirements can evolve. Full commitment to the 80% travel requirement . Experience with data centers, healthcare or aviation projects would be particularly valuable, as would introducing new technology or processes to construction teams. Exposure to tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk, BIM/VDC systems or Primavera is helpful. Previous Customer Success or construction technology employment is not essential where you bring strong construction experience, communication skills and the ability to learn. Location and travel This is a traveling role with approximately 80% travel , including frequent flights and time on active customer jobsites. Current openings focus on Dallas, Houston and El Paso. Candidates should have convenient access to a major airport; an ideal home base is approximately 30 miles from an airport. Austin-based candidates with suitable airport access may also be considered. You will support projects across Texas and the Central US, with flexibility needed for assignments elsewhere in the US as customer requirements evolve. Candidates should be prepared for the possibility of three to four trips by air per month. Most trips take place during the working week, typically returning home for the weekend, although schedules vary. You can work from home between visits.
