What We Are Looking For We are seeking a full‑time Service Coordinator to join our Lamborghini, Rolls‑Royce, and McLaren team. Scan and attach all supporting documentation to required systems. Submit completed claims for approval and track them through processing and payment. Open and manage Workshop Visits and Job Cards, ensuring all related documents and photos are properly uploaded. Prepare vehicles for Certified Pre‑Owned (CPO) processing by verifying required documentation and submitting necessary forms. Confirm customer data is accurate and up to date in each brand’s dealer systems and that supporting documentation is attached. Complete and submit mobility documentation and warranty‑related forms as required. Maintain organized digital records of all submitted claims, documents, and approvals. Communicate with internal departments (parts, technicians, and advisors) to ensure smooth coordination and timely completion of service files. Assist Service Advisors with administrative tasks including documentation, scheduling, and general department support. Ensure all work meets dealership and manufacturer compliance standards for accuracy and completeness. Qualifications Previous experience in automotive service administration or warranty processing preferred. Positive attitude. Extremely organized with a dedicated attention to detail. Clear focus on delivering work of the highest quality. Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check. Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
