Injection Molder Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $20.25 /hour
- Full Time work available
- Various shifts available (Monday through Friday)
- Lead daily Custom Molding production activities while supporting operators and maintaining workflow.
- Perform quality inspections and ensure products meet customer and company standards.
- Assist with machine setups, material loading, and troubleshooting minor production issues.
- Complete production documentation and monitor output to meet production goals. Train team members and promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Injection Molder Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous manufacturing experience and lead/supervisory experience required.
- Plastic Injection Molding experience preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, routings, and detailed work instructions.
- Strong math and measurement skills, including reading rulers, converting fractions, and performing basic calculations.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 65 lbs. routinely.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
