Compensation :$20 to $21 hourly,depending on experience,plus monthly bonus potential, and a $1,500 sign on bonus, payable after 90 days of completed employment. Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with participation in an on-call rotation. Why This Role Matters As a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician II , youoperateindependently across multiple trades.Youcomplete service requests, preventative maintenance, and full turns with confidence while helpingmaintainhigh operational standards across the properties you support. What You’ll Do Skilled Repairs & Diagnostics Independently complete service requests and make-readyturns. Diagnose and repair intermediate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues. Conduct preventative maintenance and building inspections. Operational Execution Participate in move-in/move-out inspections. Maintain inventory and shop organization. Respond to on-call and emergency service requests. Safety, Tools & Compliance Demonstrate safe operation of tools, diagnosticequipment,and chemical safety procedures. Maintain personal tool inventory. Complete required safety and compliance training. Additional Duties This role may includeadditionalduties consistent with the position. What We’re Looking For Experience 2+yearsmaintenance experiencerequired(multifamily preferred). Intermediate-level skills across multiple trades(electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.). Working knowledge of appliances. High School Diploma or GED. Certifications Universal EPA Certification is preferred. Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certificationis preferred (where applicable). Skills Comfortable diagnosing routine HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues. Ability to complete full make-ready turns independently. Safe use of meters and diagnostic tools. Proficient with work-order systems and basiccomputer and mobiletechnology. Other Requirements Availability This position will require availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Active participation in team functions and regional or company activities is expected. Physical Demands This positionnecessitatesregular periods of sitting, standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, reaching as well as use of hands and arms. The role may requirelifting50 pounds independently. The ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms is essential. Specific vision requirements include the ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The teammembermust be able to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet. Working ata personal computer for administrative tasks and using mobile devices while in the field isrequired.
