We are seeking energetic, customer service driven Crew Leaders to help lead our team in demonstrating exceptional customer service while providing fun, food, drink and service that keep our guests coming back! Crew Leader Position Summary IHOP Crew Leaders are key to the restaurant’s success by leading and motivating the restaurant team to achieve the highest levels of customer service satisfaction. Crew Leaders enthusiastically lead the Team in delivering outstanding customer service to our guests. IHOP is committed to excellence and rewards our employees for their strong performance. Requirements/Qualifications Motivates and leads fellow employees to maintain enthusiastic customer service. Ensure orders are taken in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner. Resolves customer complaints; works to resolve issues that may arise in the restaurant. Takes inventory of stock during shift to determine ordering needs and quantity of supplies required to prevent shortages. Follows the IHOP uniform and grooming standards and policies. Learns team effectiveness skills; leads and works with others to achieve team goals. Ability to supervise, train and motivate the team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good math and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to provide exceptional customer service. Previous fast food experience is a plus. Ability to work diligently in a fast-paced environment. Must have reliable transportation. Minimum age requirements 18. Fun and rewarding place to work!
