Nissan Express Service Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. As a Express Service Technician here at Community Cars (Nissan of Bloomington). You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and performing a variety of automotive repair and maintenance tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone with/without mechanical knowledge and a passion for working with cars.

Duties:

Perform tire services including installation, rotation, and repair
Complete general automotive repairs such as brake replacements, oil changes, and fluid flushes
Use hand tools and specialized equipment to complete repairs
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions

Experience:

Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic is preferred
Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and equipment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
