Unit Notes - Hiring Process: Profile Review with MedSol Clinical, Interview with Unit manager at facility - Radius: 60 MILES, DL must be submitted - Week of orientation: Please ensure clinicians are in state for week of orientation even if first day modules are remote *Agency MUST provide traveler Rad Badge* Department: Radiology - MRI -SAN General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.) BLS (AHA) Certs/ARRT & other specialty certification requirements ARRT (MR) How many scanners/rooms does this department have? 1 Client, 1.5 T Will they have to float/cover any other areas? No Common types of imaging/studies performed & Job Duties typical MRI Tech responsibilities Previous experience on Client MRI Average # of scans/studies per day 30 in a 24 hour period EMR &/or PACS (Picture Archive & Communication System: software & hardware) do they use Epic, Fuki, Synpase PACS Department Specific Equipment (Client, Phillips, Siemens) Client 1.5 Radiology Supervisor or Lead Tech Manager: Geroge Semenov Do they use RRA's (Registered Radiology Assistants)? No Radiologist in-house? Yes and online Do they have to start IV's? (if applicable to the department) Yes Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) 3x12 hours typically Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9a-930p with call Weekend Requirements Yes Holiday Requirements Yes Call or Standby requirement? Yes - typically one night per week and one weekend per month Scrub Color/Dress Code: Are scrubs provided? Black pants, Royal Blue top Department specific orientation Yes
