We are seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead a family-owned, full-service restaurant and bar specializing in thin-crust pizza, Italian cuisine, sandwiches, seafood, catering, carryout, delivery, and banquet services .

This is an ideal opportunity for a passionate restaurant leader who enjoys working alongside the team, leading by example, and taking ownership of daily operations. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable managing the dining room, supporting the kitchen, coaching employees, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of both the Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) while driving exceptional service, food quality, team development, and profitability. You will play an active role in daily operations and help maintain a positive, team-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily FOH and BOH restaurant operations.
• Manage, coach, and develop hourly team members and supervisors.
• Create employee schedules and manage labor to meet business goals.
• Monitor food costs, inventory, labor, and overall restaurant profitability.
• Assist with restaurant P&L management and financial performance.
• Ensure consistent food quality, guest service, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Support kitchen operations during peak service, including food preparation and expediting.
• Oversee dine-in, carryout, delivery, catering, and banquet operations.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Foster a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing both FOH and BOH operations.
• Background in full-service restaurants, pizza concepts, Italian restaurants, casual dining, bar & grill, or similar hospitality environments .
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, scheduling, labor management, food cost, and inventory control.
• Experience with restaurant P&Ls and financial performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.

Preferred

• Pizza or kitchen leadership experience.
• Food Service Manager Certification.
• BASSET Certification.
• Food Handler Certification.
• Basic computer and reporting system experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
