Night Shift Laboratory Medical Technologist (Lab MT)

Claremore, OK 74017

Schedule: Sat/Sun/Mon – 7 PM to 7 AM + Every Other Tue – 11 PM to 7 AM

Are you a detail-driven Medical Technologist ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for a dedicated Lab MT to perform essential testing that drives critical patient outcomes — all while working with cutting-edge technology in a supportive, professional environment.

✅ What You’ll Need to Succeed:

3+ years of lab experience required
Registered Laboratory Technician with one of the following:
- American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP)
- American Medical Technologists (AMT)
Experience with:
- Cerner Millennium (LIS)
- ⚙️ Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics Chemistry Analyzer
AHA BLS certification – required
Blood Bank experience – required
Pediatric experience – required

Your Day-to-Night Responsibilities:

Perform, analyze, and report accurate lab results across multiple disciplines
Maintain and calibrate lab equipment to ensure quality and compliance
Partner with clinical teams to support timely diagnosis and treatment
Uphold lab safety and quality standards
Contribute to process improvements and excellence in patient care
