Senior Construction Superintendent Sandusky, OH | 18-Month+ Project Assignment Vehicle Allowance + Company-paid Lodging + Travel Expenses Covered Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for a long‑term commercial/institutional construction project in Sandusky, Ohio. This is an 18‑month assignment with responsibility for managing all on‑site construction activities, including subcontractor coordination, safety, quality, schedule performance, and project execution from mobilization through closeout. Candidates located outside the Sandusky area are encouraged to apply. Sevan provides company‑paid lodging, travel expenses, and a vehicle allowance for qualified non‑local candidates. What You’ll Do: Lead all day‑to‑day field operations on a complex commercial/institutional construction project Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety, quality, and schedule performance Drive project milestones through detailed planning and coordination Conduct daily field meetings and weekly look‑ahead planning sessions Coordinate inspections, turnover activities, and owner‑facing site meetings Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining schedule and budget objectives Maintain strong client relationships and represent Sevan on‑site throughout the project lifecycle What We’re Looking For: 10+ years of commercial or institutional construction experience Experience serving as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent on ground‑up and/or major renovation projects Strong concrete construction experience, including foundations, slab‑on‑grade, formwork, reinforcing steel, and concrete placement Proven ability to lead subcontractors and maintain aggressive project schedules Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain) Benefits: $120,000 - $140,000+ based on experience Vehicle allowance Company‑paid lodging and travel expenses Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Flexible PTO and paid holidays 401(k) with company match Why Join Sevan?
