Are you confident on the phone, motivated by commissions, and ready to turn conversations into sales? We’re hiring driven sales professionals to join our advertising technology team in Miami Beach .

We’re looking for people who can build rapport, identify customer needs, confidently present solutions, handle objections, and ask for the sale.

The Opportunity

Earn a starting base rate of $18 per hour, plus 5% commission on sales , with a full-time, 40-hour workweek. Our annual earnings target is $100,000 or more per representative through base pay and commissions. Actual earnings depend on sales performance; $100,000 is not a guaranteed base salary.

What You’ll Do

• Speak with prospective customers, explain our services, and close sales.
• Follow up consistently and keep accurate records in our CRM.
• Meet sales goals, participate in coaching, and contribute to a results-driven team.

Who We’re Looking For

You communicate clearly, follow through, and stay composed when a prospect raises objections. You’re organized, coachable, comfortable asking for the sale, and motivated to improve your results. Experience in phone sales, inside sales, advertising, technology, or high-ticket closing is a plus.

Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliable attendance are essential.

Location Requirements

This position is 100% on-site at our Miami Beach office. No remote or hybrid options. Applicants must be able to commute reliably and work 40 hours per week.
