Join DCI today to build relationships and gain fulfillment serving individuals in our comfortable clinical setting with a lower caregiver-to-patient ratio than other providers.The Dialysis Social Worker is responsible for assessing and responding to the psychosocial needs of our dialysis patients to ensure the best possible outcomes and improve quality of life.Schedule: 30 hours/week @ 5-6 hours/shift; weekends offWill cover two clinics - Fayetteville in-center and Atlanta Home Therapies (HHD, PD, INCH). Requires driving between locations, with Fayetteville being the home location.Compensation: Pay range from $51,000-$75,000 annually, depending on dialysis experience.
