NoDiscretionary Performance Bonus Eligible? NoOverviewEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsures that payroll is processed accurately and timely.Trains and assists the hotel staff at the property.Processes off cycle checks, reversals and voids.Audits and reconciles payroll data.Performs Ad hoc reporting as necessary.Performs any other job related duties as assigned.Qualifications and SkillsEducation and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.Knowledge of Federal and State wage & hour and tax laws.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a shared service environment.Experience with 401K, garnishments, health care deductions and PTO accruals.ADP & hospitality experience.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesProficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.Excellent customer service skills.Sharp analytical skills with the ability to identify "why"Ability to comfortably speak in front of others.Self-driven with a high level of attention to detail.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.BenefitsHEI Hotels and Resorts is committed to providing a comprehensive benefit program that offers you choices for your physical, mental and financial wellness, creating value in your most important investment - you!For your physical and mental wellness we offer competitive Medical and Dental programs through Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield as well as Vision insurance programs through EyeMed.
