Pay Estimated at $22 to $24 per hour (base pay of$20/hour plus tips ). We offer WEEKLY Pay for all hourly team members. Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic and motivated Shift Leader to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced, quick service restaurant environment. As a Shift Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team to success. Your leadership will inspire staff, uphold food safety standards, and maintain high-quality food and service standards. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality management and eager to develop their leadership skills in a vibrant culinary setting. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met. Lead and motivate team members, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a positive work environment. Manage food preparation processes, ensuring all dishes meet quality and safety standards while adhering to recipes and presentation guidelines. Utilize POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy. Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock control, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of ingredients and supplies. Enforce food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and health regulations to maintain a safe dining environment. Assist in training new staff members to build a competent team aligned with company standards. Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure a positive dining experience. Support kitchen management by supervising food production, managing shift schedules, and controlling food costs within budget parameters. Contribute to overall restaurant management tasks including budgeting, staff scheduling, and performance evaluations. Requirements Proven experience in food service management or supervisory roles within quick service or casual dining restaurants. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety regulations. Hands‑on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling skills are essential. Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervising or team management experience. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally. Ability to train staff effectively in food handling, safety procedures, and operational standards. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy shifts.
