Job Description:

Delaney House is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Restaurant Servers to join our team. As a Restaurant Server, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for providing prompt, courteous, and professional service, ensuring that our guests feel valued and satisfied. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. 

- Present menus, offer suggestions, and answer questions regarding food and beverages. 

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff. 

- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring correct dishes are delivered to the right table. 

- Monitor and observe guests' dining experience to ensure satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns. 

- Prepare checks, present them to guests, and process payments efficiently. 

- Maintain knowledge of the restaurant's offerings, including any promotions or special events. 

- Assist with cleaning and resetting tables, as well as maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. 

- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and the highest customer satisfaction. 

- Uphold all company policies and procedures regarding hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years experience as a server is required. 

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. 

- Proficiency in basic math and handling transactions. 

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. 

- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service.

-Current TIPS certification required
