Principal Product Manager

To support a growing oncology product line, the remote Principal Product Manager will lead the end-to-end product strategy and execution for complex software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with market needs and user requirements. Key Responsibilities Define and execute multi-year software product roadmaps for critical business units, balancing rapid prototyping with long-term stability Lead the full product lifecycle for complex software solutions, ensuring a seamless user journey from order ingestion through lab execution to patient reporting Champion compliance with global standards and certifications while proactively identifying and mitigating product risks Required Qualifications 10+ years of product management experience in high-scale software or biotech environments, with a proven track record at a Director-level seniority Demonstrated experience building and launching new software products from the ground up in a startup or internal incubator environment Deep experience in regulated environments (e.g., FDA design controls, HIPAA) with exposure to HealthTech, MedTech, or genomics Strong ability to understand complex technical architectures and communicate effectively with engineering and scientific teams Hands-on experience using LLMs and generative AI tools to enhance product workflows and operational insights
