We are seeking a highly-skilled and self-motivated front office worker to join our growing team.
Dental Office Front Office Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet patients and set a positive office atmosphere
- Answer the phone, take messages, and schedule appointments
- Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary
- Handle dental billing and insurances
Dental Office Front Office Requirements and Qualifications
- Superb customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful work experience in a dental front office setting
- Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment
- Outstanding communication skills
- Great organizational and multitasking abilities
- Eaglesoft experience a plus
Starting pay is $16
Monday through Friday - No Weekends
