Concessions Team Member

Cole's Flea Market is looking for an independent, energetic, friendly, highly motivated, team member to join our Concessions team!

The ideal candidates must have a passion for people, exceptional customer service skills and a self-starting work ethic. This position will be responsible for serving food to our guests and ensuring that customers have a positive and memorable experience.

This is a Part-Time, weekend position (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 8am-5pm). We are motivated to hire immediately.

Must be able to work weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)

Duties:

• Completes opening and closing duties.
• Uses stove tops and other kitchen appliances to prepare food.
• Cooks all food to the correct temperature and expectations.
• Follows all local and state health regulations.
• Requests customers' orders and enters the orders into the register.
• Notifies the kitchen of shortages and special orders.
• Receives payment and gives correct change following established cash handling procedures.
• Able to correct incorrect orders, as necessary.
• Provides purchased goods to the customer.
• Replenishes expendable goods (Silverware, Condiments)
• Assist in all areas of the concessions department, as needed.
• Cleans all machines, equipment, and tools, as necessary.
• Uses equipment correctly.
• Cleans, stocks and maintains guest and employee areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crawl, climb, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, push, pull, and safely lift and carry Inventory.
