Compensation: $25/hour

Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week

This is a flexible, part-time opportunity for an organized, relationship-driven professional looking to play a meaningful role in the growth of a boutique talent management agency. You'll work directly with the Founder & CEO to identify prospective talent, manage new business relationships, and support agency growth initiatives.

Please note: While this position is primarily remote, candidates must be based in the Chicagoland area and available for occasional in-person team meetings, collaboration, and agency events.

Amore Influence is a boutique talent management agency representing a curated roster of established creators across lifestyle, fashion, beauty, home, design, and beyond.

As our agency continues to grow, we're seeking a highly organized, relationship-driven professional to join our team as our Talent Relations Manager .

This is a unique opportunity to play a meaningful role in the continued growth of Amore Influence, working directly alongside our Founder & CEO to identify, engage, and onboard new talent.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands the creator economy, has strong relationship-building instincts, and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. We're looking for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and confident taking ownership of projects from initial outreach through completion.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Business Development

• Lead day-to-day management of Amore's prospective talent acquisition pipeline.
• Proactively identify, research, and evaluate prospective creators aligned with our agency's roster strategy.
• Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to engage prospective talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential talent, managing communications and follow-ups throughout the acquisition process.
• Prepare strategic briefs and recommendations for prospective talent opportunities.
• Coordinate introductory meetings and manage post-meeting follow-through.
• Oversee the administrative process of talent onboarding, including representation agreements and internal handoffs.
• Maintain organized pipeline reporting, ensuring leadership has clear visibility into active opportunities, next steps, and progress.

Agency Growth & Strategic Initiatives

• Partner with the Founder & CEO on select initiatives supporting Amore's continued growth.
• Identify relevant industry events, speaking opportunities, press opportunities, and strategic relationships.
• Support special projects related to agency development, recruiting, and internal operations.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations to strengthen Amore's talent acquisition process.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, talent management, public relations, business development, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of the creator economy and social media landscape.
• Excellent written communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Confidence initiating outreach and building relationships with new contacts.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with leadership.
• Genuine enthusiasm for discovering talent and helping grow a boutique agency.
• Must reside in the Chicagoland area and be available for occasional in-person meetings, team collaboration, and agency events.
