Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Trauma ICU position in Reno, NV, requiring 2 years of ICU experience and an active NV RN license.

Details

• Day shift position in a Trauma ICU setting
• Unit: ICU Sierra S1
• 13-week contract assignment
• Uses Epic for charting

Requirements

• Active NV RN license required; candidates who have never held a NV temp or permanent license may still be considered and will need to apply upon offer
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• All certifications must be AHA-issued

Additional Information

• Epic training is provided during orientation, or candidates may test out
• Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility; local candidates are not eligible
• Blocked scheduling is not permitted
• A minimum of 2 major holidays are required
• Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront prior to placement
• Travelers who have previously worked at this facility must have a 13-week break after their last contract end date before returning
• Kronos is used for timekeeping
