  We're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our Las Vegas team and help us continue growing.

  Job Summary

  As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll manage an assigned territory in the Las Vegas area, build relationships with existing customers, and develop new business opportunities.

  This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, meeting with customers, solving problems, and growing sales . You'll represent Industrial Supply by understanding customer needs and offering products, services, and solutions that bring value to their business.

  What You'll Do

  • Manage sales activities within an assigned territory and work toward sales goals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

  • Identify opportunities to grow current accounts through new products and services.

  • Develop new business by connecting with prospective customers.

  • Meet regularly with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.

  • Work with inside sales and branch teams to resolve customer concerns and provide excellent service.

  • Coordinate with the Regional Sales Manager to ensure effective territory coverage.

  • Introduce customers to Industrial Supply products, programs, and inventory solutions.

  • Maintain strong communication between customers, sales teams, and branch operations.

  What We're Looking For

  • Previous outside sales or account management experience.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage an assigned territory.

  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to identify opportunities and develop new business.

  • Industrial supply or related industry experience preferred.

  • Familiarity with industrial products, vendors, and inventory systems is a plus.
