We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver with behavioral care experience to provide one‑on‑one support. This role involves assisting clients with daily needs, offering companionship, and helping them maintain dignity and independence.

Responsibilities

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver, you will provide meaningful companionship and foster strong connections, assist clients with personal hygiene and comfort care, support light housekeeping to ensure a safe environment, prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual needs, offer reliable transportation for outings or appointments, and provide timely medication reminders to help clients maintain dignity, independence, and overall well‑being.

Benefits

• Competitive base pay: $17.00–$18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA), minimum $27.50 per shift

• Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour

• Raises after 60 days and annual reviews

• Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)

• Mileage reimbursement between client visits

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Over 18 years old

• Eligible to work in the United States

• Able to pass a background check

• Experience managing dementia and behavioral conditions
