Position Overview

We are seeking a highly autonomous, systems-fluent, and orchestration-focused Senior Applied AI Engineer to join our Applied AI practice under our Agentic Delivery Center based in India. In this critical consulting and delivery-focused engineering seat, you will take absolute ownership of architecting, coding, and operationalizing production-grade agentic AI systems that reason, retrieve, and act securely across complex enterprise tech environments. Shifting completely away from non-technical content copywriting loop routines, generic website user interface theme styling, or simple helpdesk support ticket log management, you will lead an active Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AgentOps telemetry tracking, and reusable pipeline accelerator laboratory—partnering face-to-face with global client architects, data engineers, and account delivery leads. This position requires an artificial intelligence software authority with 4+ years of professional history who structures multi-agent workflows fluidly natively using AI Engineer and backend mechanisms, evaluates LLM performance metrics and context constraints cleanly across cloud nodes like Snowflake Cortex and AWS Bedrock, implements custom tool-calling frameworks via LangChain or LlamaIndex, manipulates large relational arrays using optimized SQL scripts, and executes production-grade guardrail architectures confidently to generate high-value intelligence outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Agentic AI Solution Governance: Architect, prototype, and operationalize end-to-end production-grade agentic AI solutions, including complex RAG pipelines, multi-agent state machines, and human-in-the-loop workflows natively utilizing AI Engineer systems.
• Production Stack Engineering: Translate abstract client requirements into secure, clean, and well-tested backend code structures primarily utilizing Python and custom REST API definitions.
• Cloud-Native AI Platform Deployment: Configure, manage, and scale intelligent agent nodes directly within prominent cloud ecosystems, demonstrating master-level tool literacy via Snowflake Cortex, AWS Bedrock, AWS SageMaker, or Azure AI .
• AgentOps & Guardrail Instrumentation: Design, implement, and track rigorous validation frameworks, security policies, evaluation metrics, and live observability strategies to safeguard system output accuracy before and after deployment.
• Reusable Accelerator IP Creation: Contribute hands-on to the construction of modular engineering blocks, reusable code repositories, templates, and playbooks that accelerate agent deployment velocity across multiple enterprise clients.
• Distributed Systems SQL Tuning: Author, debug, and optimize multi-layered, distributed SQL database queries to interact cleanly with unified enterprise data warehouse fabrics.
• Cross-Functional Architecture Mentorship: Collaborate across a distributed global footprint of forward-deployed developers, DevOps pods, and business leaders, helping to establish technical engineering standards within our growing India delivery center.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 4+ years of proven professional history operating inside a Machine Learning Engineer, Software Engineer, Data Architect, or closely related quantitative software development capacity with an established history deploying AI/ML solutions directly into live production.
• Expert LLM Orchestration Fluency: Extensive, recent hands-on history building multi-step or agentic applications utilizing frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex along with model SDKs (e.g., Anthropic Claude, OpenAI).
• Profound command over advanced prompt engineering, context window optimization, semantic memory networks, tool calling protocols (such as MCP), and RAG vector search boundaries.
• Deep production proficiency managing cloud-native data or computing environments, specifically within Snowflake, AWS, or Microsoft Azure infrastructures.
• Outstanding analytical and communication strengths in English, with a proven ability to present complex technical code choices to non-technical client stakeholders during fixed-bid deliverables.
• Location Context: Position operates under remote guidelines open exclusively to qualified AI engineering leads residing permanently inside India .

• Prior experience or structural domain familiarity building tailored AI/ML architectures for the life sciences, financial services, retail, or manufacturing sectors.
