Human Resources Generalist
Ultimate Staffing
- 5+ Years Experience in Human Resources
- Handles HR inquiries and issues with courteous and quick resolution
- Reviews and understads all state, federal, and laws pertaining to HR and benefit
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process
- Develop and enforce HR policies
- Maintain and optimize the software systems for efficient record-keeping and reporting.
