Paralegal (Land Use & Zoning)

Prime Group Holdings, LLC, a private equity real estate firm specializing in self storage, is hiring a Paralegal at its headquarters in Saratoga Springs, NY. Position Overview Reporting to the Associate Counsel responsible for land use and zoning matters, this position will provide key support to the firm's development and legal teams in matters involving land development, zoning regulations, permitting, and real estate use. Responsibilities Research municipal ordinances, codes, and regulations across the firm's real estate portfolio. Determine permitted uses for properties under applicable zoning districts. Develop zoning approval strategies to secure project entitlements. Identify zoning compliance issues that could affect development plans. Track multiple approvals and entitlements across complex development projects.
