Senior Wealth Advisor About the Company Expanding registered investment advisor (RIA) Industry Financial Services Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Senior Wealth Advisor to take on a lead role in managing and deepening high-net-worth client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing holistic, tax-aware advice that encompasses investment, estate, and tax planning. This role involves leading client meetings, delivering tailored financial plans, and identifying and implementing various tax planning strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wealth management, with a focus on tax-efficient and after-tax outcomes, and will be adept at mentoring and guiding a team in these practices. Applicants for the Senior Wealth Advisor position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree, with an advanced degree being a plus, and a CFP® certification is strongly preferred. A CPA designation and/or significant tax planning experience is highly valued. The role requires a minimum of 8 years' in wealth management, investment consulting, or a family office/RIA environment, with at least 2 years' of experience in leading client relationships. The candidate must have a proven track record in client service, comprehensive financial planning, tax planning, and investment strategy, and be tech-savvy with experience in relevant software.
