Paralegal - Marketing Compliance Reviewer

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Paralegal for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Wilmington, DE. This is a 6 month contract opportunity with the potential for conversion.


Pay range: $34.69 - $42.69 per hour

The Marketing Compliance Reviewer is responsible for reviewing proposed marketing and advertising content developed by marketing teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and regulatory expectations. This role focuses on consumerfacing materials related to financial products and services and serves as a key control to mitigate legal, regulatory, and reputational risk.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluates content for compliance with consumer protection requirements including the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and principles articulated by federal banking regulators, including unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts or practices (UDAAP) standards.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
• Familiarity with what is required to comply with the consumer protection and marketing laws
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills

• Juris Doctorate
