Registered Respiratory Therapist in Auburn, NY

Respiratory Therapist
Assess, plan, and provide respiratory care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
Operate and maintain respiratory equipment including ventilators (LTV, Servo), BiPAP V60s, and Vapotherm systems.
Provide emergency and routine respiratory therapy services such as airway management, oxygen therapy, and ventilator support.
Serve as Charge Therapist as required, overseeing workflow and ensuring patient care standards.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility policies and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Minimum Experience: 2 years of recent experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
Active New York State (NYS) RRT license.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
Experience with LTV & Servo ventilators, BiPAP V60s, and Vapotherm systems.
Must be able to work independently and manage varied shifts on a rotating schedule.
