Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow (CCC SLP / CF SLP) PK-12 New Castle County, DE 2026-2027 School Year 37.5 Hours/Week Local or Travel Contract W2 Full Time Benefits
Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking multiple on site licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support a school district in New Castle County, Delaware for the 2026-2027 School Year. This opportunity is ideal for a school-based SLP who values interdisciplinary collaboration, structured support, and the ability to directly impact students' communication development within an educational setting.
- Schedule : 37.5 hours per week
- Contract Type : W2
- Start Date : 8/24/26
- End Date : 6/11/27
- Work Arrangement : In Person
- Compensation details will be reviewed with you before district submission

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School Based – Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments
- Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings
- Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs
- Provide direct therapy services (individual and group)
- Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication
- Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Comparable
- Temporary or Permanent DE SLP License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP); Clinical Fellows (CF) considered
- School Based experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist is Required (Post Grad or Clinical Fieldwork)
- Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation
