BAS Controls Specialist

Job Details Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year. About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated BAS Controls Specialist to join our dynamic team. This permanent role focuses on the installation, troubleshooting, and optimization of Building Automation Systems (BAS). Extensive experience with HVAC systems and building automation is required. Responsibilities Installation, programming, and commissioning Building Automation Systems (BAS) for a variety of projects. Working closely with other team members to integrate HVAC systems and DDC applications into the overall building design. Troubleshooting and resolving issues with BAS, HVAC, and DDC systems, ensuring they function optimally and meet project requirements. Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of systems to prevent potential issues. Providing technical support and guidance to the team. Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project success. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience within building automation / HVAC controls. Proven experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS), HVAC systems, and Direct Digital Control (DDC) applications. Strong technical skills, with the ability to design, install, and troubleshoot complex systems. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
