Requirements We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead field marketing across EMEA. In this role, you’ll turn regional sales priorities into campaigns, events, and experiences that build relationships, create demand, and move opportunities forward. You’ll work closely with Sales, bringing both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to a diverse region. This role involves travel across EMEA to support events, meet with regional teams and partners, and connect with customers in person. The day-to-day: Own the regional marketing plan: Build and execute quarterly field marketing plans aligned with EMEA sales priorities, target accounts, and revenue goals. Drive demand and pipeline: Develop integrated campaigns, events, and partner programs that generate qualified leads and accelerate existing opportunities. Partner with Sales: Work closely with regional sales leaders and account teams to identify opportunities, align messaging, and activate priority accounts. Lead events and experiences: Plan and execute trade shows, executive dinners, industry conferences, and custom experiences. Travel to key events to oversee execution, engage with stakeholders, and ensure strong follow-up. Connect regional and global programs: Adapt global campaigns for EMEA markets and collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, and Digital teams to deliver relevant, consistent messaging. Use AI thoughtfully: Apply AI tools to improve research, planning, content development, personalization, and reporting. Test new workflows while maintaining quality and accuracy. Measure and improve performance: Track lead quality, conversion, pipeline creation, and pipeline influence. Share insights and use results to refine future programs. Manage partners, vendors, and budget: Negotiate sponsorships, oversee external partners, and manage regional spend with clear reporting and accountability. Ideally, we’re looking for: 4+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, regional marketing, or demand generation, ideally in enterprise technology or SaaS. Proven experience driving pipeline and supporting sales goals, from building marketing plans and campaigns to execution, follow-up, and performance analysis. Strong event and project management skills, including experience with industry events and executive experiences. Experience managing budgets, agencies, vendors, partners, and sponsorships. Strong cross-functional and communication skills, with the ability to partner closely with Sales and regional teams and manage multiple priorities. Data-driven and tech-savvy mindset, including hands-on use of AI tools to improve marketing effectiveness; fluent English and willingness to travel regularly across EMEA.
