As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment. You’ll greet visitors, provide information, manage front desk operations, and ensure an excellent member experience. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask. We have both part-time and full-time opportunities available, with flexible schedules to fit your availability. Responsibilities Greet members, guests, and prospective clients with professionalism and warmth Conduct tours for prospective members and explain membership benefits Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and via email Maintain an organized and clean lobby/front desk area Accurately record member information, process payments, and manage accounts Schedule classes, court reservations, and appointments Assist with membership sales and renewals Jump in to play pickleball with guests as and when needed Enforce facility policies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations Qualifications Friendly, professional, and reliable Passion for health, fitness, and community engagement Previous customer service, receptionist, or front desk experience (2+ years preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and work ethic Pickleball playing skills Proficiency with computers, spreadsheets, and scheduling software Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Availability for evenings and weekends is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Pickleball Kingdom Tinton Falls
