Position Summary The Physical Therapist (PT) is primarily responsible for providing direct Physical Therapy for children ages birth through 5 years old. Full or Part Time PT needed for the offsite early intervention services. Energetic applicants who are willing to learn are encouraged to apply! Essential Functions Evaluate, monitor and track child’s progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Test and evaluate child’s abilities to determine realistic goals.
